Venue Volunteer Positions
Volunteer Staff for October 2009-2010 Events:
•Will-Call Ticketing Manager - required from 5:00-9:00PM on
performance evenings
•Ticketing Manager - supervise the orderly access to the
building after guests get their tickets from the Will-Call
Window. Supervise 3 Student volunteers.
•T-Shirt/ Accessory Sales Manager - required pior to each
performance from 5:30-7:30PM , during Intermissions, and
directly following the evening performance.
•Concessions Manager - oversee a Student Volunteer group
of 4 from 5:00PM - 10:00PM for each performance. Prepare an
inventory report at the end of each performance
•Catering Manager - oversee food service for the performers
•Parking Manager - oversee the safe and orderly arrival and
departure of guests for each performance. Oversee, 2-3
Student Volunteers for each performance. Student Parking
attendants will receive one free ticket for each night of
service
•Security Manager - escort the performers to and from their
dressing rooms to the stage and guard access to the
backstage area. Report any trouble to the policeman on site.
•Usher Manager- supervise 2-3 Student Door Ushers for each
performance
•Student Interns are desired to assist in Parking, Concessions,
and Cleanup
