About Live Arts Florida
Our Mission:
Today, Live Arts Florida is a non-profit Palm Beach performing arts company dedicated to enriching our lifestyle through the promotion of live entertainment and creative freedom as cultural imperatives in the communities it serves. To that end, we endeavor to use our existing community resources and investments, including our local school performing arts centers, existing cultural center facilities, and suitable outdoor spaces for the presentation of concerts featuring a wide range of local, national, and international artists. Live Arts Florida concert venues will initially produce a range of events ranging from Classical, Blues, Rock, and Jazz to Latin, Reggae, Country, Bluegrass, and Gospel.
In the near future, Live Arts Florida’s mission includes the sponsorship of drama, dance, and artistic presentations, educational workshops and exhibition, and for the accessibility of these programs via all available media, platforms and formats. We seek to expand opportunities for artists to express, and for audiences to enjoy, what non-profit performing arts theatre may offer.
Support Live Arts Florida
Live Arts Florida is seeking support from individuals, foundations, and corporations who understand the importance of what we are doing, and will underwrite our future growth. Wellington and the greater western community are communities deserving of the kind of cultural activity Live Arts Florida can provide. The benefits to our quality of life, and to our local economy will be self-evident. Those who join Live Arts Florida in support of our mission will be stating loud and clear, their commitment to a better society.
Live Arts Florida also recognizes that each performance presents an opportunity to give back to our community. We give our sponsors the opportunity to designate a percentage of net revenue to charities of their choice. We also have the goal of supporting music education in our communities through mentoring and through directly purchasing materials for our public school music programs.
